1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the online shop www.tommasofarinetti.com operated by:

2. Applicable Law and Contract Language

All contracts are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The contract language is English (or German if agreed).

3. Products

We sell printed sheet music (“physical goods”) and downloadable sheet music (“digital content”).
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are final prices according to §19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation).
No VAT is charged or shown.

5. Ordering and Contract Formation

By placing an order through our website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email or when the goods are dispatched.

6. Payment

Payment methods available are displayed during checkout (e.g. PayPal, credit card, bank transfer).
Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.

7. Delivery and Shipping

  • Germany: estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after receipt of payment.

  • Europe (EU/Non-EU): estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

  • Worldwide: estimated delivery within 10–15 business days.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.

Digital sheet music files are provided by direct download or email link immediately after payment, unless otherwise stated.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Physical goods: Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to EU law.

Digital downloads: The right of withdrawal expires once you have expressly agreed that we begin delivery of the digital content before the withdrawal period ends and you have acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right.

9. Retention of Title

Physical goods remain our property until full payment is received.

​

10. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
Liability under mandatory German consumer protection law remains unaffected.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
