Right of Withdrawal

1. Consumers’ Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• for physical goods:

  • you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, have taken possession of the goods, or

  • if the order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, from the day you take possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but excluding any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

For physical goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content (e.g. downloadable sheet music files) if:

• we have begun delivery of the digital content after you have

  1. expressly agreed that we may start delivery before the end of the withdrawal period, and

  2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
