Biography
I’m Tommaso Farinetti, a classically trained pianist and composer based in Germany.
I completed my piano studies in Italy, where I developed a solid technical foundation and a deep appreciation for the classical repertoire.

My career includes prestigious collaborations such as performing with the Münchner Symphoniker and many years of participation in the Carl Orff Festival in Andechs. I have also played in renowned venues like the Prinzregententheater, the Isarphilharmonie in Munich, as well as the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona.
I explore the possibilities of contemporary music and improvisation through minimalist textures, emotional depth, and unexpected spaces. My work ranges from solo performance to collaborative and site-specific projects — including Minimal Duo with pianist Serena Chillemi, dedicated to rare repertoire for two pianos, and original film scores in collaboration with MNEO, the Italian Memory Archive.
I also experiment with performance in unusual places — like a sunrise concert on top of a disused NATO tower on the Hoher Bogen mountain in Bavaria, suspended between two worlds.
Through all my work, I aim to connect listeners with moments of reflection, energy and beauty.
